At Pride Verses, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items such as perishable goods (e.g., dry fruits) and customized products are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@infoprideverses.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, full refunds will be provided.
- For items that were damaged or incorrect upon delivery, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or consumed dry fruits.
- Worn or used traditional dresses.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Customized or made-to-order handicrafts or garments.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it will be subject to the returns policy above.
5. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- In the case of approved refunds, original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
